1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Liberty Credit Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a Pennsylvania limited liability company located at 36 8th Ave, Collegeville, PA 19426. By enrolling in our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided
Liberty Credit Services LLC provides credit repair consulting services, including:

  • Review of your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion

  • Identification of inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated negative items

  • Preparation and submission of dispute correspondence to credit bureaus

  • Ongoing monitoring and follow-up on dispute responses

Services are available in two tiers:

  • Done-for-You: $99.00/month — we manage the full dispute process on your behalf

  • DIY Portal: $29.00/month — self-service access to dispute templates and member support

3. Payment Terms

  • Your first charge occurs after your first 30 days of active service, as required under Pennsylvania law

  • After the initial period, billing is monthly on the same date

  • All payments are processed through our secure payment processor

  • You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your service at any time by emailing [email protected]

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • No refunds are issued for partial months of service already rendered

5. Right to Cancel — Federal and Pennsylvania Law
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Pennsylvania Credit Services Act, you have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty or obligation within 5 business days of signing. To cancel, send written notice to:

6. No Guarantee of Results
We cannot guarantee a specific credit score increase or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Federal law prohibits the removal of accurate, current, and verifiable information. We dispute items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated — outcomes depend on the credit bureaus' investigation results, which are outside our control.

Anyone who guarantees specific credit score increases is making a representation prohibited by federal law. We do not make such representations.

7. Client Responsibilities
To receive services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information

  • Maintain an active credit monitoring account (Credit Hero Score) so we can access your reports

  • Promptly provide any documentation we request to support disputes

  • Notify us of any changes to your contact information or billing details

8. Credit Monitoring
Access to your credit reports is provided through your personal Credit Hero Score account, which you maintain independently. The cost of credit monitoring is your responsibility and is separate from our service fees.

9. Limitation of Liability
Liberty Credit Services LLC's liability to you for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Not a Law Firm
Liberty Credit Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services constitute credit repair consulting only. For legal advice regarding your credit rights, consult a licensed attorney.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

13. SMS Program Terms
Liberty Credit Services LLC operates an SMS notification program for customers who have explicitly opted in through our website assessment form. Message types include service updates, credit assessment notifications, dispute status updates, and follow-up reminders. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and account status.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This service is intended for users 18 years of age and older.
